Big Teddy Studios is the home for the art work and creations of Ken Berube, aka Big Teddy.

‘Diverse’ may be the best way to describe the work here.  Subject matter can range from social commentary to pop culture mash ups.  Themes can run from dark and serious to light hearted and fun. 

Choice of medium is equally diverse.  I believe the medium should be whatever best suits the idea.  Amongst my work you’ll find paintings, found object sculptures, digital prints, modified toys and pretty much anything else I find that serves the work. 

Having earned a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the University of Massachusetts, I have been living and creating in Massachusetts for the last 25 years.   My signature name comes from my kids who have dubbed me the ‘Big Teddy’.
